According to Peter Gillett, CEO of Zuant and Marketpoint CRM, today’s CRM database needs to be centralized and deliver a single view of customers and prospects. But with data living in sales and marketing silos, that can be difficult. But he says that GDPR may help marketers address four common data challenges to achieve what he calls “single-view nirvana.” They include sales resistance to documenting data, syncing mobile and internal data, integration and support challenges, and GDPR denial.
